Exceptional. Since developing a need for a web site I have had about 6 creators whose work was amateurish compared to Design Web.
Gony interviewed me extensively determining my needs and analyzing my wants. He consistently monitors the site, updating where necessary and suggests changes to draw greater viewer interaction.

Design Web continues to provide superb support. After making some changes, we realized that the site was no longer properly responsive for the different device types. I sent an email asking for help late in the day, and the following morning they contacted me for a description of the problem. That evening they called, and not only fixed the responsive behavior but walked me through what they did so I don't re-introduce the problem.
